Thank you for considering Impact Apparel by Amanda for your wholesale or bulk apparel needs! Whether you are ordering for a business, team, school, gym, church, nonprofit, organization, event, family, or another group, my goal is to make the process simple, organized, and personal from start to finish.

I personally handle your order from the initial inquiry through production, quality checking, and completion. Because wholesale orders are often customized specifically for your group, there are several steps involved before your order goes into production.

Here is what you can expect when you work with me:

1. START WITH A WHOLESALE INQUIRY

The first step is to complete the wholesale inquiry form below.

When submitting your inquiry, please provide as much information as possible, including:

• What type of apparel you are looking for
• Approximate quantity
• Shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, or other apparel type
• Preferred brand or garment style, if applicable
• Sizes needed
• Preferred colors
• Number and placement of designs
• Whether you already have artwork
• Your desired deadline, if applicable
• Any other details that may help me understand your project

The more information you provide initially, the more accurately I can put together your pricing and recommendations.

If you aren't sure exactly what apparel or quantity you need, that's okay! I can help you determine the best options based on your budget, intended use, and overall look.

2. WE'LL DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

Once I receive your inquiry, I will review the details and contact you to discuss your order.

This is where we can work through questions such as:

• What garment style would work best?
• What colors are available?
• What sizes do you need?
• What type of printing would work best?
• Where should the design be placed?
• Do you need a front design, back design, sleeve design, or combination?
• Do you already have print-ready artwork?
• What quantity are you looking for?
• What is your desired completion date?

For first-time wholesale customers, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions. You don't have to know everything about apparel printing before reaching out. That's part of what I'm here for!

3. APPAREL & PRICING ARE DETERMINED

Once I know the details of your project, I will determine the appropriate apparel and provide you with your wholesale pricing.

Wholesale pricing can vary based on several factors, including:

• Quantity
• Garment brand and style
• Garment color
• Size range
• Number of print locations
• Design size
• Artwork requirements
• Special materials or production needs

Because every wholesale order can be different, pricing is based on the specific details of your project rather than a one-size-fits-all wholesale price.

If you have a specific budget you are trying to stay within, let me know! I can often recommend different garment options or adjustments that may help.

Please note: Pricing is based on current material and apparel costs. If supplier or material costs change before an order is finalized, pricing may need to be adjusted accordingly.

4. ARTWORK & MOCKUPS

If you already have your artwork, you are welcome to provide it for review.

For the best print quality, artwork should ideally be provided as a high-resolution, transparent PNG at 300 DPI or higher. Vector files may also be accepted depending on the design.

If your artwork needs adjustments, cleanup, formatting, or additional design work, I will let you know before moving forward.

Need help visualizing your order?

For wholesale customers who would like to see what their finished apparel could look like before ordering, I can provide digital mockups.

A $25 non-refundable mockup fee applies when mockups are requested before a wholesale order is placed.

The mockup fee covers the time involved in preparing and customizing your requested visuals. If you decide to move forward with your order, the mockup will be used to help finalize your production details.

Mockups are intended to give you a visual representation of the finished product. Actual garment colors and print colors may vary slightly from what appears on a screen.

5. YOU REVIEW & APPROVE THE DETAILS

Before your order moves into production, we will make sure the important details are correct.

This includes confirming:

• Apparel style
• Apparel color
• Sizes and quantities
• Design(s)
• Design placement
• Design size
• Pricing
• Any applicable mockup or design fees
• Shipping or pickup details
• Expected turnaround

Please review your order carefully before approving it.

Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

6. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN THE ORDER

Wholesale orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Your order is not considered officially placed or scheduled for production until payment has been received and the order details have been finalized.

Payment options available through checkout will be provided when your order is ready to move forward.

Because wholesale apparel is purchased and produced specifically for your order, wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once placed.

7. YOUR ORDER GOES INTO PRODUCTION

Once payment and final approvals are complete, your order enters the production queue.

This is when I order any necessary apparel, prepare your designs, print the transfers, and begin producing your apparel.

For most orders, the standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays, unless a different turnaround time has been specifically discussed and agreed upon. This can vary with the size of the order!

Important: Turnaround time does NOT mean delivery time.

The turnaround period refers to the time needed for me to prepare and complete your order so that it is ready to ship or be picked up.

If your order is being shipped, additional time is required for the carrier to deliver your package. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, shipping times are outside of my control.

If you have a specific event, tournament, fundraiser, launch, or other deadline, please tell me before placing your order.I will let you know whether your requested date can realistically be accommodated.

8. QUALITY CHECK & FINAL PREPARATION

Before your order leaves my hands, I take the time to review the finished apparel.

I check for things such as:

• Correct quantities
• Correct sizes
• Correct colors
• Proper design placement
• Print quality
• Overall appearance

Because every item is handmade and individually produced, minor variations or imperfections may occasionally occur.

My goal is to make sure your order is completed accurately and meets the expectations we discussed.

9. SHIPPING OR LOCAL PICKUP

Once your order is completed, you will receive the appropriate notification regarding pickup or shipping.

I am located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and I proudly work with local groups as well as wholesale customers throughout the United States.

For shipped orders, tracking information will be provided when applicable.

Please remember that once an order has been shipped, delivery time is determined by the carrier and is not included in the production turnaround time.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING

Wholesale orders are custom orders.

Wholesale apparel is produced specifically for your group or organization. Because of this, please make sure your sizes, quantities, colors, and designs are correct before approving your order.

Communication is important.

I pride myself on being responsive and keeping customers informed throughout the process. If I have a question about your order, I will reach out to you.

At the same time, once your order has been given a confirmed turnaround timeframe, please allow that timeframe for production. You will be notified when your order is ready or when there is an important update that requires your attention.

Please don't wait until the last minute.

If you need apparel for a specific date, please reach out as early as possible. Wholesale orders require time for artwork, apparel sourcing, ordering, production, quality control, and shipping or pickup.

Apparel availability can change.

Garment brands, colors, and sizes are subject to supplier availability. If your preferred garment is unavailable, I will work with you to find an appropriate alternative whenever possible.

Pricing may change before an order is finalized.

Apparel and material costs are subject to change. Your final pricing is based on the apparel and materials available when your order is quoted and finalized.
